Stickup Kid

Stickup Kid is a Bay Area 5-piece with melodic hooks and grungy power chords that drive their adventurous, ocean-ready skatepunk. They perform catchy, jumpy tunes made for suburban house parties and sunny afternoons. The band plays with a laid-back approach, but dual guitars, fast drums, and a constant distorted bass help it move along quickly. Huge choruses and massive hooks are the lure of lead singer Tony Geravesh’s attention-grabbing vocals.

Future Fire, the band’s recent release, is ridden with stories of things gone away. With a variety of 90’s youth anthems and ballads about the plight of twenty-somethings, Stickup Kid have hit their stride and won’t be stopping anytime soon.
