FAQ

How does Audiotree choose bands?

We accept bands of all sizes and genres, but simply don't have the ability to book every one. The following criteria will help determine if your band is the right fit for Audiotree Live.

Has your band recorded at least one EP or LP? Has your band toured for at least one calendar year with the same line up? Has your band played at least 100 shows as part of a regional or national tour? Does your band have a support system -- i.e. manager, booking agent, solid community of touring artists, etc? Do you have a dynamic social media presence?

If the answer to all of these questions is yes, then we will highly consider your band's submission. Submit links of your music, videos, or other live footage to right here.

Why aren’t some sessions on Spotify or other platforms, and others are?

When bands perform on Audiotree, the content owner of the band and Audiotree enter into an agreement to distribute the session (that's how we're able to legally upload our content to the places you love to listen and watch music the most). If a content owner doesn't agree with our contract, we sometimes have to modify it, and that can mean not uploading to certain places. This mostly happened with sessions pre-2015, which may be the reason some of your favorites are not to be found on those platforms.

Can I record my album at Audiotree?

Yes. You can visit our Audiotree Studios website to learn about the room and book with one of our engineers.

Do you have internships?

Not at the moment, but we announce internship openings on social media when they become available.
