Boogat

Boogat is a Latin-American hip hop vocalist. The Montreal native began writing his stylized version of hip hop in French but made the jump to Spanish around 2010. Through interactions with various performers from the area, he stumbled upon a cocktail of sound that includes World beat, tropical bass, and traditional Mexican instrumentation. A recent transplant to Mexico City, Boogat is in a constant state of reinvention; seeking out vibrant, colorful sounds and melding them together to provide the foundation for his smooth flow.
